The philosophy for the funds is to invest in companies which have a high return on capital employed (ROCE) in addition to a high free cash flow (FCF), are in special situations, exhibit undervalued growth potential, or a combination thereof. The bottom-up stock selection process we employ is evidently proving successful and we plan to maintain this investment strategy going forward.”
