Ben Robinson, head of UK public relations, New Star, says: “The team’s ability to manage risk through a blend of asset classes and geographic regions has given New Star’s funds of funds a significant advantage over constrained funds, which will tend to suffer when a specific region or asset class falls out of favour. This flexibility has helped generate strong and consistent outperformance over many years.”
