AXA adds 40 investment funds
An additional 40 funds are now open for investment via the AXA Wealth Management and Corporate propositions.These new funds have been added in response to feedback from key accounts and advisers, and will provide clients with:
Greater investment choice to meet increasingly diverse investment objectives
Easy access to investments within convenient tax wrappers
A broader range of investment styles and asset classes
More specialised investment solutions
Increased access to more fund management groups
Specialist input on the funds available to financial advisors was provided by Architas, the new multi-manager investment company, and are available across a number of propositions, covering a variety of risk profiles:
39 new funds have been added to the Onshore investment proposition
37 new funds to the Individual Pensions proposition
11 new funds to the Group Pensions proposition
12 new funds to the Offshore investment proposition
There are currently six new Cautious Managed funds and two new Balanced Managed funds and 14 of the new funds are risk-rated from Very Cautious to Balanced.
Over 88% of those which are rated on Morningstar are 3 star or higher, over 60% are 4 star or higher and seven funds are 5 star rated.
Following the addition of these new funds, the AXA fund range now totals 391 funds.
In addition, the availability of some of AXA's existing mirror funds is being extended to other proposition areas:
Five existing mirror funds are being added to the Onshore range
Four existing mirror funds are being added to the Individual Pensions range
Two existing mirror funds are being added to the Offshore range.
AXA will be working with five fund managers in offering their funds under the mirror range for the first time: Allianz RCM, HSBC, Insight, Neptune and PSigma.
