Three in a row for eee award!
Standard Life has been awarded the eee rating for group personal pensions by the Financial Technology Research Centre (FTRC) for the third consecutive year. The FTRC awards this rating to companies “providing an excellent level of e-commerce facility to intermediaries”.
Garry Morrison, Customer Service Director for Standard Life’s Corporate Pensions said: “This is a fantastic achievement to be independently recognised as number one in three of the four areas of corporate pensions e-commerce for the third consecutive year and recognises all of the hard work from so many people.
“We understand the importance of providing secure, intuitive e-commerce services. Today we introduced online life statements following the successful introduction of our online pensions statements last year. This tells us our customers are keen for us to develop new ways of communicating and interacting with them. We will continue to look for ways to offer a range of services and retirement solutions which our customers will find user friendly and accessible.”
Ian McKenna, Financial Technology Research Centre Director said: “Group Pensions is one of the most fiercely competitive categories within the areas measured by our ratings. For one company to come top of the league in three categories is an outstanding performance. The Group Pensions market has already polarised into those providers that have outstanding e-commerce and those that do not. The fact that Standard Life continue to be at the top of the former group is an exceptional performance.”
