The Co-operative Bank relaunches fixed rate platinum credit card
The Co-operative Bank relaunches its unique fixed rate platinum credit card, with a highly competitive five-year fixed rate of 9.9% APR.The card offers a wide range of benefits including:
A low fixed rate of 9.9% APR (typical variable) for the first 5 years
Up to 46 days interest free credit
Free 90 days purchase protection insurance
Emergency cash and card replacement service
24 hour medical and legal assistance overseas
No annual fee
Up to £100,000 free travel accident insurance, when the card is used to pay for travel tickets
Platinum travel benefits including discounts on holidays, travel, airport parking, airport hotels and car hire.
Furthermore the card is also part of the Co-operative Bank’s ‘Customers who Care’ scheme. For every £100 customers spend on the card, 1.25p is donated to The Co-operative Bank’s ‘Customers who Care’ campaign fund, which addresses a different ethical issue each year. The current campaign is defending human rights, and previous campaigns have included banning landmines, third world debt and climate change.
