Why you are better off being Welsh!

Results from the latest Legal & General MoneyMood Survey show that females are in the mood to spend more and males are in the mood to save more - in fact 6 per cent more men are in the mood to save compared to women.

And...... whereas overall, 56 per cent of people questionned have money left over at the end of the month once debts and bills have been paid, a massive 66 per cent of Welsh people have money left over compared to 43 per cent of Londoners - a huge 23 per cent more!

Legal & General's Julia Clayworth, Head of Marketing for Wealth Management says: "In the current market everyone should be in the mood to save something towards their long term goals. With the research showing that a massive 56 per cent of people have money left over at the end of the month after bills and debts have been paid they now have no excuse not to make regular payments into their pensions and savings plans."
