See how easy it is to file your employer return online

Employers can see for themselves just how easy it is to file their end-of-year return online, in a new video podcast from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

The short film, which can be downloaded onto an iPod or viewed online, shows the main features of HMRC's PAYE Online system. Viewers are taken through the registration process, and given a taste of what it's like to file online.

The podcast can be downloaded for free from HMRC's podcast page at hmrc.gov.uk/podcasts or from iTunes.

Launching the podcast, Don Macarthur, Head of HMRC's Employer Team, said: "Online filing is quick, secure and easy to use. Employers with fewer than 50 employees who file their end-of-year returns online also receive a £100 tax-free payment this year. So if you're a small employer, download the podcast now and see how easy it is to file online and get yourself a £100 bonus."
