Allianz Commercial enhances legal expenses offering

Allianz Commercial has increased the sum of legal protection it provides to customers to £100,000 across a range of SME policies.

The new offering is available to Complete Retailer, Office, Business and Property Owner policyholders free of charge. This is the first step in advancing the legal protection service across the SME portfolio to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Graeme Durlacher, small business development manager, Allianz Commercial, said: "Our customer research tells us that most small businesses feel they need more protection against things such as legal defence costs incurred in defending a prosecution made under the Health and Safety at Work Act so this service will directly benefit our clients. As an innovative insurer, we are constantly looking at ways in which we can provide additional benefits and superior service to our customers."
