Heath Lambert joins with MTA to offer bespoke insurance services

21st January 2009 Print
Heath Lambert Group, the UK independent insurance broker and a specialist in putting together affinity schemes, has teamed up with the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) to provide a new service for MTA members.

The Group has created an insurance product tailored to the manufacturing sector, but with a number of benefits which are available exclusively to members of MTA. MTA is a trade association representing companies that are involved in the manufacture and supply of machine tools, manufacturing technologies and cutting tools and currently represents over 250 member firms.

In the current economic climate it is more important than ever that businesses have specialist protection effectively tailored to meet and protect their specific business needs and risk. Heath Lambert offers standard cover enhancements that are difficult or costly to access on the open market. The service will be individually tailored to ensure that each company has exactly the right cover, for a very competitive price.

As indications from the insurance sector show a likely increase in rates over the coming year, the following benefits will be of particular relevance and interest:

MTA members discount applied to the insurance fee
Interest free instalment package
The option of a one, two, or three year flat priced package

Mike Owen, Managing Director for Heath Lambert’s Commercial Affinity and Small Business team, said: ” We are delighted that the MTA has chosen us as the recommended broker for its members. We have access to the whole insurance market and have a highly qualified team of insurance professionals, who are able to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.”

Graham Dewhurst, Director General for The MTA, said: “We selected Heath Lambert as our preferred supplier of insurance services to members because of the level of service on offer. We are confident that our members will benefit from the expert service offered by Heath Lambert.”
