8th November 2006 Print
www.kerenpeled.com Jewelry designer Keren Peled, has shown her distinctive Nuevo-Victorian line at New York fashion week for the second time this year. The jewelry designer who accessorized the Fall 2006 Abaeté collection at Olympus New York fashion week, now returns to the runway to accessorize the Renee Larc for Milan line of luxury couture Spring / Summer 2007 collection.

The ultra-romantic Keren Peled jewelry collection for Spring 2007 includes dramatic yet feminine crocheted gold necklaces and ruffled chokers, adorned with graceful golden flowers. Large yet delicately ethereal bracelets and earrings evoke the feeling of a modern day Elizabethan. All are laced with colorful combinations of Turquoise, Peridot, Tourmaline, Freshwater Pearls, Aquamarine and Rose Quartz.

The Renee Larc for Milan collection is a celebration of colors and fabrics. The collection presents many French nets and laces, chiffons, organzas and even lightweight taffetas. The colors, appropriately themed for the positive and playful attitude with a collage of colors lifted off a colorful vintage merry-go-round.

The show included celebrity models Nazri Segaro of "Project Runway", Kesse Wallace and Rebecca Epley of "America's Next Top Model".

During February of 2006, Peled accessorized the Abaeté Fall 2006 collection by designer Laura Poretzky at the Olympus fashion week at Bryant Park. LA Splash magazine stated "The delicate addition of a 14K teardrop beaded necklace by Keren Peled keeps the outerwear refined". The jewelry collection, using Peled's unique techniques featured elegant golden teardrop necklaces and earrings with Ametrine, Citrine, Tanzanite and Garnet.
