The Science Bit:

The new digital Go-Straight iron utilises durable and smooth Titanium Technology plates to give exceptional results in record-breaking time. For the ultimate-ionic experience, an additional Negative Ion Generator increases the penetration of ionic energy through the hair 10 times more than a conventional ceramic plated iron.

The straightener is equipped with a special ceramic heater capable of immediately generating a default temperature of 180 Deg. C upon start-up. Uniquely, the temperature can be adjusted in 10 Deg. C increments up to 200 Deg. C, and is managed by a computer-programmed digital temperature device, helping to reduce the time of what was a long, tiring operation.

The temperature can be set precisely for the individual’s hair type, (for example, salon-assisted blondes will need a lower temperature to achieve straightness without frazzling hair), and is safe to use on highlights or bleach.
