Errol Douglas judges Celebrity Scissorhands finale

British Hairdresser of the Year nominee Errol Douglas will be among the cream of the hairdressing industry on the judging panel for the Grand Finale of Celebrity Scissorhands, airing tonight.

The two celebrities chosen to compete will take part in a tense ‘Cut Off’ in front of the judges (alongside Errol will be Tony Mascolo, Anthony Mascolo and Sasha Mascolo-Tarbuck, of the Toni & Guy/TIGI empire, Beverly C, and Richard Ward) with Salon Manager Lee Stafford acting as compere, and the victor being crowned “Celebrity Scissorhands Hairdresser of the Year 2007”.

During the evening, the celebrity trainees will present a catwalk show of some of the most memorable haircuts from the series, and the exclusive audience of top hairdressing industry people will be invited to bid in a charity auction, with all proceeds going to Children in Need.

Errol has been teaching specialist masterclasses to the trainees, who’ve had a lot to live up to – a few examples of Errol’s stunning work can be seen below. Errol is more used to tending to celebrities at his Knightsbridge salon and at red carpet events than teaching them, and is looking forward to seeing how far they’ve progressed…
