Get to grips with your GHD’s

Stylist Sam Collins at West Row Hairdressing, Harrogate, is fabulously handy with a set of GHDs, and now you can learn the secrets of creating fabulous curls with your trusty irons!

Sam is available to give one-hour lessons, after which you’ll leave the salon with a head of cascading curls, and the know-how to recreate them whenever you like.

As well as her dressing skills (she also does a mean up-do...) Sam is renowned for her ability to really listen to what a client wants, and can answer any other product or styling questions. The hour’s lesson costs just £35, and is also a great investment for anyone who’s stocking contains the gorgeous new irons!

Sam has trained under Steve Rowbottom, Director of West Row Hairdressing. A seasoned session stylist, Steve is no stranger to creating fabulous looks – he’s worked on everything from Fashion Week shows for FrostFrench and Matthew Williamson to advertorial imagery for L’Oreal campaigns in Vogue and Elle, and headed up the GHD Art Directive for a number of years. Steve also undertakes teaching work for L’Oreal, appears on The Clothes Show (he’ll also be at the Clothes Show Live in December) and will be judging at the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Trophy 2008.
