The only way to do highlights this summer

14th May 2008 Print
Gorgeous London salon Eleven at 11 Blenheim Street introduces the new Beach Highlights Technique by leading Colour Technician, Jason Welch. Jason is a leading authority on colour and one of only 9 people to hold the Redken Colour Certificate in the UK.

The Beach Highlights Technique at Eleven Hair:

A colour similar to your natural base shade is applied through the root area and merged into lighter tones both into the root and throughout the hair shaft. This gives a natural ‘Giselle Bundchen’ look, and grows out in a more natural way so you won’t get awful roots. Some people can get away with 6 months before needing it done again. It also means you can avoid ‘highlight blow out’ – simply when hair has been highlighted too many times so it becomes like having a full head of colour.

Says Jason, “A lot of women opt for highlights every time they visit the salon but eventually they notice they’re getting lots of re-growth really quickly. To rectify this, have a gloss colour more similar to your natural shade put around the highlights to take it back to the original highlighted look.”

The stunning salon is situated 2 minutes away from Bond Street station, off New Bond St, perfect for a break from the bustle of Oxford Street, and ideal for pre-evening pampering.

The Beach Highlights Technique costs from £100.

Opening hours Mon-Weds 10am – 7pm, Thurs & Fri 10am – 8pm and Sat 9am – 6pm.

Eleven is at 11 Blenheim St, London W1S 1LL.
