Errol Douglas styles ‘Model of the Year’ Jourdan Dunn

Celeb hairstylist Errol Douglas MBE has been working his magic on newly crowned Model of the Year Jourdan Dunn after she visited his salon for a style for the British Fashion Awards last week.

Errol, who specializes in both European and Afro hair and entered the British Hairdressing Awards’ Hall of Fame on Monday for being a three-time winner of Afro Hairdresser of the Year, said: “Jourdan is an amazingly grounded person - she's passionate about what she does and has catapulted into the superleague. She’s being hailed as the next Naomi Campbell, and it's great for Afro Caribbean girls to be recognised by the fashion industry.

“We agreed that although she’s a young girl she's always made to look a lot older, so I wanted to make her look as natural as possible for these prestigious awards. I put clip-on extensions in, middle parting the hair and tonging it with medium tongs into a soft wave. I finished with Matrix Biolage Colorcaretherapie Shielding Shine Mist for that beautiful shine.”
