EASY ICED COFFEE

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Cafédirect Classic Blend Premium Instant Coffee 225ml/8fl oz milk
1 tbsp sugar
Handful of ice cubes

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, add an additional ice cube or two, pop in two straws and serve immediately.

Top tip: For an extra boost of flavour to cold drinks, add a coffee bean to each compartment of the ice tray, top with cold coffee then freeze.
