A taste of Inca gold

21st August 2008 Print
The Incas might be more famous for inventing chocolate than coffee but now you can have a taste of Inca Gold at home with the new Booths own brand coffee, Caxarumi from Ecuador.

Sourced from the South of Ecuador and limited to a supply of only 16 bags a season, this coffee is an exclusive taste of South America, which is only available in Booths stores.

Caxarumi coffee has a distinctive fruity vanilla aroma, a buttery maltiness and conjures up memories of treacle toffee and bonfires - the perfect cup of coffee to start your day full of energy.

Coffee growing is the only source of income for those living in the Caxarumi region and money raised from the coffee goes directly to the growers and their families. Coffee growers children attend the ‘Aulestia Bravo’ local school where the conservation of their environment as well as the importance of local coffee production is taught. They are taught how to grow coffee from seeds.

Booths prides itself on its large range of own brand coffees, sourcing only the best and most exclusive beans for grinding. The Booths’ coffee roasters have been blending for decades and combined have over XX years of experience in producing the finest coffees.

All Booths’ coffee beans are roasted on the premises and delivered to the store the next day.
