Dwell Retail inhabits Croydon’s Commerce Park

Slough Estates, advised by joint agents Savills and CBRE, has let Unit 6 Commerce Park, Commerce Way, Croydon to Dwell Retail.

The contemporary furniture company, Dwell Retail, has taken the unit at a rent of £233,750 pa, on a 10-year lease. The property totals 27,299 sq ft (2,536 sq m) and comprises a ground floor warehouse, with 1,901 sq ft (177 sq m) of first floor office space.

Following the letting of Unit 4 to Bizazza at the end of last year only two of the 12 units now remain available at the park, which range in size from 10,103 sq ft (938.6 sq m) to 20,209 sq ft (1,877.4 sq m).
