A jewel of French wine heritage

The ensemble comprises the principal structure flanked by twin Renaissance towers with a central traversing entrance hall, two large reception areas and six bedrooms over 15th century vaulted cellars with its own sale.
Two wings form an enclosed courtyard with a period entry porch housing two independent restored apartments each comprising a spacious living and reception area, dining room, fitted kitchen, six bedrooms and two bathrooms, utility areas and separate swimming pools. There are various period stone outbuildings including the chai (wine storage), garages etc… The exteriors and roofs have been fully restored as have two substantial guest apartments; the Chateau interiors themselves remain in their original condition and the new owner will be able to select the finishes and conveniences to suit their requirements and budget.
The wine production falls under a double appellation, Bordeaux – Sainte-Foy Bordeaux, and the current owners have chosen to nominate the local co-operative to care for the vines and bottle the produce on their behalf. The Chateau is set on approximately 5ha of park and land and comes with approx. 23ha of vines.
