Redrow’s Treverbyn development Step into the new show home at Redrow’s Treverbyn development in Plympton and experience apartment living first-hand. Home buyers in Plympton will have the opportunity to view an exciting new show apartment that is opening over the Easter weekend.

Typical of the lifestyle on offer, the new show apartment features a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, one of which boasts an en-suite shower room, and the main bathroom.

Current prices at Treverbyn start from £139,995 for a one-bed home, while two-bedroom properties are from £175,995.

Treverbyn consists of three apartment buildings that are located within a Victorian walled garden with mature trees, making this an unusual and peaceful setting for residents.

Ed White, Redrow’s area sales manager, says: “Buying off-plan can be exciting but for some people you can’t beat the real-life experience of a show home. The brand new show apartment at Treverbyn will fuel the imagination of apartment lovers who want to really visualise life at this popular development.”

Anyone interested in viewing the apartment should call soon to make an appointment as Redrow is expecting a high level of interest for the viewing weekend.

Designed by Redrow’s interior design company, Connections in Design, the striking two-bedroom show apartment has been dressed in primary colours to inspire those on the hunt for the perfect property.

Ed continues: “The show apartment is quite contemporary, it has been inspired by ‘Pop Art’ and the primary colours used make the property really stand out.

“The art work is by 20th century artists such as Matisse, and features a palette of red, yellow, blue and black, which has been used in the painted furniture, on accent walls and cushion fabrics. The colours have also been used in the accessories.

“The proximity to Plymouth and the easy maintenance and convenience of apartment living means that these properties appeal equally to young professionals and older people who are downsizing for a more manageable lifestyle.”

Plympton itself has all the features of a typical country town with a post office, shopping centre, restaurants and plenty of traditional public houses. The town also boasts leisure and entertainment including a ten pin bowling centre and the Oasis Leisure centre with pool, sauna and other activities.

At the same time, the vibrant city of Plymouth is only five miles away, so people choosing to live at Treverbyn will never need to travel far for anything they may need. Plymouth boasts excellent road links with the A38, A386 and the A374 leading to Exeter, Barnstaple and the M5.

Dartmoor National Park is also close to Plympton making it the ideal place for people looking to explore the surrounding countryside.

The exciting new show apartment will be open for viewing on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of April. The marketing suite in Plymbridge Road is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
