In the mood for a master move?

A typical Treverbyn apartment – unique to the development. Buying a property can be a stressful time if you don’t have the right people to help you - juggling a job with estate agents, solicitors and surveyors (not to mention all the packing!) – but Redrow are here to help.

Their fantastic Mastermove scheme for Redrow homebuyers takes care of some of the time-consuming and tricky bits involved in moving, so all you have to do is move in!

Their Treverbyn development in Plympton, near Plymouth, is holding a special workshop on Thursday 3rd May from 4pm – 8pm for all those interested in using the scheme, and wanting to learn more about how it will benefit them.

Katrina Shore, area sales manager for Redrow (West Country/South West) says: “At Redrow we aim to make moving home as enjoyable an experience as possible, and Mastermove is just one of the schemes that can take the bite out of home buying.

“First we invite a carefully selected agent to talk to our customers and advise them about the best route to selling their home. We then offer a free valuation and, once appointed, a member of our Redrow team will chase up the agent on a weekly basis. We even pay the agent’s fees at the end of the day which is a major saving to our customer.”

“We also ensure that impartial advice is available from independent financial advisors – the choice of mortgages available today can often seem complex and confusing without professional advice.”

The Mastermove option is freely available at Treverbyn, a development comprising uniquely designed contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments. .

Apartment living suits many different people whether they are moving up, down or sideways on the property ladder.

Popular with young professionals, down-sizers, and ‘lock-up and leavers’ who need a solid base in the UK whilst spending six months in sunnier climes – to name but a few – apartment living combines contemporary lifestyles with the practicalities needed in modern-day life.

“Many of these people will have an existing property to sell, whether it is a small starter unit or a large family home that has become impractical. The beauty of Mastermove is that it suits all types of property,” adds Katrina.

The stunning apartments at Treverbyn enjoy an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen – perfect for entertaining, and the height of contemporary but practical living. Many also have en-suite to master bedroom and some have walk-out balconies.

Kitchens will be fully fitted with integrated appliances, including Smeg oven and hob, plus fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer in most cases. Properties all come with a designated parking space and the safety benefits of a door entry system. There are lifts in two of the three apartment buildings that make up the development.

The development is set in the idyllic surrounds of Plympton close to the Devonshire countryside. The town itself is famed for its clotted cream and ice cream factory, and is a haven for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with a wealth of biking and walking trails available at the nearby Cann woods, and two golf courses within four miles from the development.

Apartments currently available are priced from £139,995 for a one-bedroom apartment, and from £175,995 for a two-bedroom apartment.
