Seeing is believing at Rolle Quay

Buying off-plan may be popular but you still can’t beat seeing the real thing - so say visitors to Redrow’s website. The two-bedroom apartment with en-suite and fitted wardrobes to master bedroom and open plan living / dining area has been dressed by Redrow’s interior designers with two young professionals sharing in mind.

There’s a white colour base with strikes of orange, turquoise and brown, and each bedroom is individual in colour to suit a different occupier’s tastes and personality.

Dawn Kitchener, managing director of Connections in Design, says: “The lounge has a very contemporary and a little ‘kitsch’ communal feel by being opened planned and welcoming, with plenty of seating for entertaining and a bit of a ‘Big Brother’ feel. The furniture in here is streamlined, slick and square in form, finished in chrome, leather and glass.”

The show apartment will promote a range of two-bedroom properties at Rolle Quay with current prices from £195,995 to £219,995, some with en-suite and many with a balcony for outdoor space.
