Buyers make reservations at Panorama in Plymouth

21st August 2007 Print
Nine properties have already been reserved at Panorama, Barratt Homes’ exciting new development in Plymouth, weeks before the on-site sales office is due to open. The cul-de-sac development of 96 homes will eventually offer a selection of two and three bedroom houses and two bedroom apartments.

The sales office at Barratt Homes’ hugely successful Renaissance development, which lies nearby, is currently promoting the site.

“Panorama lies close to the city centre but, as the name suggests, the development also boasts views over the distant river Plym to the rolling hillside beyond,” said Mary Daymond, Barratt Homes’ field sales manager.

“The location is ideal for those who want to be within walking distance of all the central amenities but away from the hustle and bustle of life in the city centre.”

Reservations are currently being taken on two and three bedroom houses with a price range of £162,250 to £212,500. Two bedroom apartments will be released in the near future.

Panorama is located close to Barratt Homes’ Renaissance development, which nestles in an established residential area on the edge of Plymouth city centre with easy access to the A38. Only two apartments are still for sale at this site.

These are the two bedroom Alderney, a top floor apartment with parking space priced at £168,950, and the larger Herm apartment priced at £176,950. Located on the first floor, the Herm covers 872 sq. ft. and offers two double bedrooms with en-suite to the master and allocated parking.

Both Barratt developments offer easy access to Plymouth City Airport, the mainline railway station and the A38 into Cornwall. The main Plymouth City Hospital is nearby and an excellent bus service is available with park and ride.
