Seeing is believing when buying a new home

More than half of buyers still say that a fully furnished show home is the best marketing tool when it comes to choosing their next new home. Computer generated images, video ‘fly throughs’ and other marketing wizardry all have their place, but for some people you just can’t beat the real thing.

Research by award winning house builder Redrow among its website users revealed that 53% of home buyers still prefer the ‘touchy, feely’ experience of a show home.
