The Astronaut design kitchen at Lunar Rise Only four executive apartments are still available at Barratt Homes’ Lunar Rise development in Plymouth where each luxury home boasts a balcony and spectacular views across sea and city. “We’ve had tremendous success with this development and it’s well on its way to being fully occupied,” reports Davinia Rumble, Barratt Homes sales negotiator.

“We only have 13 apartments left out of a total of 109. Many of our buyers are local, but we’ve also had some from London and Staffordshire and as far away as Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.”

The apartments, four of only 10 executive homes at Lunar Rise, are spacious and fitted to the highest specification. In addition to balconies with sea views, they offer two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. They also have a video entry system and secure parking spaces.

Each apartment offers views of The Sound and Plymouth Hoe, where Sir Francis Drake is reputed to have played bowls before defeating the Spanish Armada, as well as the pretty cobbled streets of the Barbican, the old town of Plymouth.

Prices for the available executive apartments range from £289,950 for the top floor property to £274,950, £279,950 and £284,950 for homes on the floor below.

Other available homes include an apartment with roof terrace priced at £284,950 and a one-bedroom apartment (with no sea view or parking space) priced at £145,950.

Lunar Rise is a gated development, an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of life in the busy centre of Plymouth. This gives residents a feeling of security and community and, as most own apartments with allocated parking, they can park their cars safely near their homes.
