Family homes at released at Broome Park development A selection of new family houses has just been released at Barratt’s Broome Park development, on the outskirts of Okehampton in Devon. Many of the homes will enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding Dartmoor countryside.

The three and four-bedroom detached houses comprise the Jedburgh, the Thornton and the Radleigh and prospective buyers can view a Thornton style show home on the site.

“The Thornton show home is lovely – it is decorated in contemporary creams, chocolate and gold and gives visitors an idea of the high standards they can expect from the family homes at this development,” said Barratt field sales manager Mary Daymond.

The three-bedroom Jedburgh is a link-detached house with garage. There are also fabulous views across open countryside.

The four-bedroom detached Radleigh boasts a kitchen/breakfast room, separate dining room with French doors, lounge, separate study with bay windows, good sized garden and garage. Prices start from £309,950 for this style of family home.

Current releases at Broome Park also include the three-bedroom Norbury townhouse, with prices starting from £207,950, and the three-bedroom Maidstone house, with prices starting from £193,000. Both come with garages.
