Barratt offers first-time buyers cheapest new homes in Torquay

First-time buyers looking for the cheapest new homes in Torquay are beating a path to Barratt’s Torre Marine development, where they can buy a new home for just 50 per cent of the full asking price.

“We’ve teamed up with English Partnership, a government backed initiative which allows first-time buyers and key workers to get their foot on the property ladder,” reports Louise Terry, Barratt field sales manager.
