It's party time at Barratt's Broome Park Barratt is hosting a garden party on Thursday 17th July at its attractive Broome Park development in Okehampton - and everyone is welcome. The party will celebrate the success of the development and residents, potential purchasers and those soon to move in at Broome Park are all invited.

"There is such a fantastic community atmosphere at Broome Park already that we have decided to hold a sociable event which will also take advantage of the warm summer evenings," said Mary Daymond, Barratt field sales manager.

"At the garden party, residents can meet their neighbours and meet the Barratt site team, it is also a great chance to welcome anyone interested in buying here and introduce them to their future neighbours and get a real feel for the development."

The party will kick off at 5pm and there will be special deals on the night for potential purchasers - and residents - including the Barratt Recommend a Friend deal.

"This deals means that if you recommend the award-winning developer to a friend who subsequently buys a new home at a Barratt development, you will receive £1,000 after legal completion. It's a fantastic offer and you don't have to be a Barratt home owner to qualify," commented Mary.

Other deals available at Broome Park include part exchange, agency selling and first time buyer offers, all are tailored to each purchasers needs.

Current availability at Broome Park development includes the three bedroom Norbury townhouse at £206,950, and a number of three and four bedroom houses are also for sale at the development, starting from £311,000

Broome Park is Barratt's only development in the historic market town of Okehampton. This development of 93 two, three and four bedroom homes is well located on the outskirts of the town.
