Help on the property ladder at Phoenix Quay

To help first time buyers get on the property ladder, Midas Homes has teamed up with Swaythling Housing Society to offer the government-funded scheme ‘My Choice HomeBuy' at its Phoenix Quay development in Plymouth.

My Choice HomeBuy is available to first time buyers, and others who need assistance moving, with a combined income of less than £60,000 per year. Customers will receive a loan of 15-50% of the purchase price of their chosen Midas home, paying back just 1.5% interest per year. And, no deposit is necessary!
