Outline planning permission granted at Exminster

27th October 2008 Print
Midas Homes has received outline planning permission for a new homes development in Exminster, which will provide high quality new homes for the local community.

Following the Public Inquiry that took place in July, the Secretary of State granted permission for the proposed development at Milbury Farm in Exminster, which will create up to 300 dwellings, including 35% affordable housing.

Russell Baldwinson, Land Director for Midas Homes said: "This is an excellent outcome; we're thrilled to have the opportunity to build much-needed homes in a popular ‘village' location, just a few miles from Exeter's city centre."

He continued: "We will now work up the precise details of the development which are required to be submitted and approved by Teignbridge District Council."
