Sales success at flagship development in Torquay

Sales are ahead of target for the year at Torre Marine, Barratt's flagship development in the seaside town of Torquay. "Despite the economic uncertainty, we have enjoyed a high degree of success at Torre Marine," reports Louise Terry, Barratt sales manager.

"We've had 21 completions since June, and 10 residents will be moving into their new homes in time for Christmas.

"At Torre Marine, prices for homes sold through this initiative range from £124,000 to £175,000."
