A dream home with views at Panorama

A dream home with views at Panorama Moving to a larger home may be easier than you think – especially if you would like to buy a townhouse with rural views at Barratt’s Panorama development in Plymouth. The developer is holding a Part Exchange weekend at Panorama on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May, to offer individual advice and information to people wanting to move up to a family house.

“We know that people who want to move to a larger property may be put off by what they hear about the credit crunch and difficulties in finding a buyer,” reports Mary Daymond, Barratt sales manager.

Barratt’s Part Exchange scheme is specially designed to help you buy the home you want and to make your move as stress free as possible. It removes all the uncertainty, because Barratt is a guaranteed cash buyer - so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden expense - and the housebuilder also covers the cost of HIPs.

“Panorama has been incredibly popular and we have just three townhouses for sale now,” Mary continued. “They are all in the Sutton house style and we will be opening a new Sutton view home on 16th May, when visitors will be able to see the spectacular accommodation for themselves. The townhouses all offer views over the distant River Plym to the rolling hillside beyond.”

The Sutton townhouses are priced from £205,000 to £210,000. Each home offers an integral garage, utility room and study/bedroom on the ground floor. There is a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor.

“I would urge prospective buyers to take advantage of our part exchange weekend and find out more about moving here,” Mary added. “Independent financial advice will be available.”

Panorama is a cul-de-sac development of two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses. It lies close to the city centre and there is easy access to the mainline railway station, a park and ride bus service, the A38 into Cornwall and Plymouth City Airport.
