Long awaited Exeter city centre development to be launched

Land Securities has announced (21 May 2007) that the release date for the long awaited second phase of Princesshay apartments in the centre of Exeter will be revealed later this week, at an open day event for prospective buyers, taking place at Exeter’s Royal Clarence Hotel.

Knight Frank’s recent ‘Western region residential development review’ has identified Exeter as a property hotspot. Exeter has been sited as one of the fastest growing economic centres in the South West. This is largely due to the huge redevelopment of the city centre and the arrival of schemes such as Princesshay.

The next phase of Princesshay properties, located in Cannon House and Friary Court on Bedford Street, includes 23 stylish apartments designed by internationally acclaimed architect Panter Hudspith. The event will also reveal the impending release date for this next phase. Following the success of the phase one launch last year, when the entire phase of apartments on offer were sold within 30 minutes of going on sale, Land Securities is optimistic that Princesshay’s latest example of city centre living will prove just as popular:
