Four bedroom show house launched at Bushey Leys, Welwyn Garden City

Exterior Bushey Leys Bellway North London has launched a second four-bedroom show home at its Bushey Leys development at Black Fan Road in Welwyn Garden City.

The award winning housebuilder is urging buyers to hurry and see for themselves the high specification, spacious home they could own for as little as £294,995 as only 50% of properties on the sought-after development remain.

The four-bedroom Osborne house type captures the elegance and flexibility of classic three-storey living. A contemporary interpretation of the traditional town house, popular during the Georgian and Victorian eras, the show home demonstrates how three-storey living homes meet the demands of modern house-buyers for space and adaptability.

Bushey Leys is a development of three and four-bedroom houses, with three different house designs available. Prices are from £294,995 for a three-bedroom house and from £319,995 for a four-bedroom house. Each home comes complete with a garage and part exchange is available on selected plots.

According to Bellway North London Sales & Marketing Director, Ian Sloan, the town house presents the perfect solution to today's purchasers' requirement for flexibility and maximises each floor's potential: “Whether it's 'boomerang kids' returning from university, accommodating elderly dependents, or the growing number of those working from home, distinct living zones have increasing appeal to homebuyers.

"It's more environmentally friendly too since there are less exposed surfaces from which to lose heat.

He continued: "For many, part of the attraction of living in a townhouse is the ability to create varying zones, which can be emphasised by the choice of décor. They offer all the convenience of modern living and are perfect for families, as they allow owners to tailor the layout to suit their lifestyle and needs.

“The flexibility to convert the sitting room and any spare bedrooms into a study, a gym area or a TV den for children means that these homes lend themselves to a myriad of different options for living.

“We have seen a high level of interest in homes on this development, and would urge people to come and see the show home to experience for themselves the quality of design and appeal of the homes at Bushey Leys.

“We appreciate that moving home is stressful enough. So, to ease the way, we’ve introduced a Part Exchange scheme at Bushey Leys to take the hassle out of house-buying. Quite simply the ease and low cost of buying with Part Exchange, combined with the impressive choice of homes available, makes this a top buy as far as we are concerned.”

Residents at Bushey Leys are close to Welwyn Garden City’s shopping area and can benefit from excellent commuter links. With direct trains to London’s Kings Cross station and journey times of only 25 minutes, the area is generally popular with commuters. The town also offers good road links with the A414 linking to the A1 (M), A10 and M11 to the east and the M25 and M1 to the south and west respectively.

Welwyn Garden City also has top-class leisure facilities including Stanborough Park, Gosling Sports Park, a golf course and the Campus West entertainment centre which offers a theatre, roller skating rink and a library.
