DTZ Investment Management lets Unit at SG1 Stevenage

DTZ Investment Management, advised by joint agents Savills, Brown & Lee and M3, has let Unit 5, SG1 Stevenage, Gunnels Wood Road, Stevenage, Hertfordshire to Screwfix Direct.

Screwfix Direct, the UK's largest direct and online supplier of trade tools, has taken the unit totalling 11,424 sq ft (1,061 sq m) at a rent of £7.50 per sq ft (£81 per sq m) on a 10-year lease.

The property forms part of the fourth and final phase of the SG1 Stevenage scheme which comprises a terrace of six similar units, ranging in size from 11,424 sq ft (1,061 sq m) to 16,070 sq ft (1,493 sq m). Three further units at the park are currently under offer and two remain vacant. Nearby occupiers include Flamingo, John Lewis, Fijitsu, Norwich Union and GlaxoSmithKline.
