Don’t miss out

Norton School With only 10 brand new apartments on offer at Miller Homes’ development at Norton Road in Letchworth Garden City, interest is guaranteed to be high when the sales office opens later this year.

The superb new development on the site of Norton School, which closed down in 2002, will be a prime example of the quality of houses and apartments that the UK’s largest privately-owned housebuilder has to offer.

As well as retaining the existing school buildings of architectural merit and converting them into a number of two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom mews-style houses, the development will include 10 new two bedroom apartments and a number of new four bedroom detached homes. All will be situated in the grounds of the old school.

Steve Garton, Area Sales Manager, comments: “We know that the new apartments, in particular, will be of interest to buyers and we are sure that they will set like hot cakes! The apartments have been designed in keeping with the buildings in the surrounding areas and we think that, as soon as the word spreads, they will sell quickly as apartments in the Norton Road area are a rarity. I would urge anyone who is interested to register their interest now to avoid disappointment.”

Located in the desirable residential area of Norton Road, the development is close to a local post office and is within walking distance of Letchworth town centre. Letchworth is also the world’s first Garden City, created in 1903, and today boasts a number of amenities including a theatre, leisure centre, cinema, shopping centre and hospital.
