Barratt wins approval for new homes in Harpenden

Barratt Homes has secured planning permission to build a collection of 48 two bedroom apartments on the former site of Pinneys Garage, Station Road, Harpenden.

The first homes will be released for sale at the end of September and the development is due to be completed by June 2008. Prospective buyers should register their interest now to ensure the pick of the new homes and to benefit from off-plan prices.

The apartments will have a high specification, with smart kitchens including a range of integrated stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are stylish, with an en suite shower room to the second bedroom. The properties will have video entry systems and a total of 60 car parking spaces.
