Market towns show best rural growth

Market towns – judged as being rural towns with populations of between 3,000 and 30,000, show higher rates of price growth, according to the Annual Halifax Market Town Review. The review indicates that in market towns such as Bishops Stortford, the house price growth is stronger than the English average over the past five years.
