Gladedale build on success in 2008
Gladedale Home Counties celebrated a promising start to the New Year with the successful completion of three major residential developments across the Home Counties.28 East in Chelmsford, Aqua at Central Walk in Bishop’s Stortford and Opus in Aylesbury have completely sold out, bucking the trend of slow sales in the South East property market.
Gladedale Home Counties, part of the The Gladedale Group, which is now Britain’s largest private housebuilder and the sixth biggest in the UK, has already started work on five new sites for 2008 and is actively looking to secure more land in all of the areas for future developments.
Vicki Noon, sales and marketing director for Gladedale Home Counties, said: “It is still true to say that location is key when it comes to selling property and these developments are positioned is superb areas.
“Each of the developments have exceptional and unique qualities and I’m sure that all who have bought at 28 East, Aqua or Opus will be happy with their new apartments and will enjoy living at their chosen location for many years to come.”
