Fusion Residential corners luxury new homes market Fusion Residential is soon to launch its first new homes development, Chenies Place, a unique collection of just six detached houses located on Barnet Road in Arkley, Hertfordshire.

Designed over three floors, the substantial five/six bedroom properties each provide over 3,0000sqft of living accommodation and offer purchasers the opportunity to live in a new home that is off the scale in terms of quality, technology and customer service.

Although the development is a first for Fusion Residential, the company draws on its expertise from its owners Nigel Henry and Warren Rosenberg who have over 50 years of property development experience between them.

Warren Rosenberg, joint Manager Director of Fusion Residential comments: “Chenies Place has been created to bring a new standard of luxury homes to the property market. Purchasers will appreciate the exceptional attention to detail, innovative design and technology as well as the high standards of our customer care service. Interest in the properties is already high and we expect this to continue over the next few weeks leading up to the launch.”

Understanding that purchasing a new home is often a stressful experience, Fusion Residential has developed a customer care service to ensure each purchaser is supported every step of the way. It does not stop there, a dedicated customer helpline is provided to respond to any queries purchasers may have, even six months after they have moved in!

Gavyn Fresco, Head of Sales and Marketing for Fusion Residential and co-ordinator customer care comments: “Throughout the development stages of Chenies Place we have spent a considerable amount of time dedicated to how we can make purchasing a home run smoothly. At every step of the way we have made improvements to our customer care service and are confident we have an exceptional offering in place.”

Gavyn continues “One of our ideas to improve customer care is to provide an exclusive installation service where we set up all TV, Internet, Sky, BT, stereo and computer systems so all purchasers have to do is move in, without the hassle of going through the motions of contacting their service providers.”

Taking a fresh approach to developing premium properties, Fusion Residential has introduced the ‘wow’ factor at Chenies Place, providing the very latest in home technology. This includes a management control system that operates the mood lighting and multi-room music system. This is a state of the art product, easily adapted to purchasers requirements and simple to use.

Nestled within a secluded enclave and accessed via a private road, Chenies Place offers a quiet, secure environment, ensuring residents great peace of mind. The area has an abundance of golf courses and parks on its doorstep as well as good healthcare provision as well as public and private education, all conveniently placed.

Chenies Place will be the first collection of homes to be launched by Fusion Residential; however, the company has already purchased a number of new sites for development.

These include Amara Lodge in Hadley Wood, Herts, providing 13 spacious apartments and two penthouses; Heywood House, a luxury detached house in Emerson Park, Essex over 7000sqfrt with indoor swimming pool complex; The Drive, two luxury detached houses offering over 7,500sqft of accommodation in Ickenham, Middlesex. Future sites, subject to planning, also include Berkhamsted, Bushey Heath, Pinner and Rickmansworth.

Prices for properties at Chenies Place start from £1.8 million. For further information or to register your interest in Chenies Place, visit Fusionresidential.com.
