The Old Studios - Fertile ground for growing minds

The Old Studios - Fertile ground for growing minds Pupils from How Wood Primary School in St Albans this week visited Bellway Homes’ latest development, The Old Studios on Park Street where they were provided with a talk on the new development. All thirty children, aged eight and nine, were provided with hard hats and high visibility jackets and were taken on a tour of the show apartment.

The aim of the visit was to provide the children with the information needed for a Geography project in which they were studying aspects of their local environment.

Speaking of the visit, Sales Director Ian Sloan said: “We were delighted to host the pupils. The site visit provided the children with opportunities to ask questions about the housebuilding process – right from the materials we use through to the house-buying process. It is good for children to learn about their immediate environment and we are pleased that their school-teacher thought to approach us”.

Bellway Home’s The Old Studios is a development of 54 new homes located in Frogmore, St Albans. Prices range from £179,950 for a one- bedroom apartment, rising to £464,950 for a four bedroom house.
