Broxbourne development wins county award

New River Mews, Higgins Homes’ development in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, has won a National Property Award at the Daily Mail Property Awards 2008. The stunning collection of contemporary houses won Best Development in Hertfordshire and has now been entered into the Best National Development category, the winner of which will be announced, along with the presentation of the regional awards, at a glittering gala dinner to be held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 31st October, 2008.

Entries were judged by a panel of independent professionals, chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State. Judges included Peter Bolton King, chief executive of the National Association of Estate Agents, and Phil Spencer, property expert and presenter of Channel 4’s Location and Relocation TV shows.
