Mayor of Letchworth opens new development Councillor Philip Ross, Mayor of Letchworth Garden City, took time from his busy election schedule yesterday to officially open Miller Homes’ Letchworth development.

He stopped by en route to the polling stations to ‘cut the ribbon’ and unveil the new show apartment at the development, on the site of the former Norton School on Norton Road.

Councillor Philip Ross commented: “This is my last official engagement before my time as Mayor of Letchworth ends and I am delighted to launch Miller Homes’ new development.

“Miller Homes has transformed the former school into fantastic new homes and created a new community, which will attract new faces to Letchworth.”

The Mayor was joined by Steve Garton, Regional Sales Director for Miller Homes and potential purchasers, eager to take a look around the new development – and enjoy a Miller Homes themed cocktail or two.

Luxury two bedroom apartments and Mews Homes are available from £159,950.

For more details visit the show home and marketing suite, open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm, or log on to Millerhomes.co.uk.
