Second homes boom gets its own website

Sales of second homes in the UK look set to rocket, and to meet the anticipated demand, email4property.co.uk, the largest network of local estate agent websites, has launched a dedicated section on their site called UK Holiday Property.

The UK second homes market is due to grow 24% by 2015 and there are an increasing number of people turning to the web to commence their search for a second home.

Visitors to the email4property.co.uk site can select their chosen destination in the UK from an interactive map before narrowing their search to their desired seaside town and pulling up lists and contact details for local estate agents to assist in their search.
