NHBC Excellent After Sales Service Course

NHBC Excellent After Sales Service Course NHBC is re-running its highly successful Excellent After Sales Service course to help house-builders build better relationships with their customers. NHBC's series of two-day courses taking place in the Autumn this year will look at how to manage the increasing demands of today's customers and will ensure builders understand their after-sales obligations.

NHBC's Training Manager Rob Lockey says "After sales service remains high on the list of priorities for house builders. By gaining an understanding of the main elements staff will be able to build good relationships with even the most demanding of customers".

A variety of workshops and presentations will be led by specialist NHBC claims managers and customer service trainers. Places are available for delegates to attend the course at:
