Helping with handovers
The completion of the handover of a new property is a complex process which requires technical, managerial and personal skills. NHBC has launched a new course entitled "Effective Snagging and Handovers". NHBC's series of one-day courses taking place in the Autumn will look at how to manage the potential barriers to, and the importance of, handovers and after sales service.NHBC's Training Manager Rob Lockey says: "Everybody wants the handover of their new home to be perfect, but the truth is its not always that simple. It is vital to have an understanding of customer attitudes and perceptions towards new homes.
"NHBC's new course trains on how to best meet their expectations. It also looks at how to develop a consistent approach to finishes and the principals and benefits of a formalised snagging protocol."
The course is suitable for all site and office based personnel involved in the handover of a property. Places are available for delegates to attend the course at:
Milton Keynes - 05 September 07
Bristol - 11 September 07
Falkirk - 11 September 07
Dartford - 12 September 07
Reading - 25 September 07
Birmingham - 26 September 07
Warrington - 03 October 07
