The mortgage subsidy offer is a brand new proposal for potential buyers to consider, meaning that they can avoid facing hefty repayments. Charles Church will subsidize client’s monthly mortgage payments with £500 per month over 24 months allowing for more financial security

But these offers are really just the tip of the iceberg. Charles Church is eager for its potential customers to realise that as a house builder they are willing to hold their clients hands to help them achieve their ambitions with as little stress as possible.

Other incentives in Scotland, which are available on selected developments and are aimed at the first time buyers market, is the Charles Church Aspirations mortgage, which is a new and innovative way of funding your house purchase.
