Townends embark on recruitment drive

Our expectations of candidates will be greater and we will be looking for evidence of previous achievements."
Townends have already recognised that the current market has undoubtedly impacted on sales staff financially and have recently carried out an overhaul of their salary structures, administering significant increases in basic salaries and commission packages, enhanced monthly fuel allowances and incentives for staff to support their income streams by working with other areas of the business.
