Customer satisfaction gets Linden homes top marks Award winning housebuilder Linden Homes has been recognised for its commitment to customer satisfaction at the latest Housebuilding Innovation Awards. The housebuilder scooped Highly Commended in the Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative category at the recent awards ceremony, which was hosted by BBC Radio 4 presenter John Humphrys.

The annual awards scheme looks to recognise innovation and excellence within the housebuilding sector. For the third consecutive year, Linden Homes was shortlisted in the Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative category, reinforcing its continued commitment to its customers and its consistently high level of service.

Roseanne Bullen, Sales and Marketing Manager for Linden Homes Eastern, a new division for the housebuilder, comments:

"Customer satisfaction is paramount to our success. We take pride in our excellent customer service record and have an accolade of awards, which are testimony to this. Obtaining regular feedback and maintaining a two way dialogue with all of our customers allows us to respond to their needs and ensure we are doing everything we can to aid them with their purchase - from initial interest through to move in day and beyond."

Linden Homes' dedication to its customers is highlighted in its organisation wide Customer Charter, which sets out it's commitment to anyone purchasing a Linden Home: gallifordtryhomes.co.uk/linden-homes/customer-service/customer-charter.

The Housebuilding Innovation Awards have been devised by Housebuilder magazine and the Home Builders Federation, and are run in partnership with NHBC. They are supported by the Government, which views them as an aid to raising standards.
