Miller Homes reports record customer satisfaction levels

19th March 2009 Print
People buying new homes are happier than ever with their properties according to the latest customer satisfaction survey conducted by Miller Homes. The award-winning national housebuilder has achieved record scores with 95.2 percent of its customers stating that they would recommend the company to their best friend*.

This represents an 11 percent increase compared to the same period in 2007.

National Sales and Marketing Director, Sue Warwick said: "At a time when there is so much negativity surrounding the property market, it is great to see that people buying from us have no regrets. In fact, they would encourage their best friend to invest in a Miller home too.

"It also shows that whilst our asking prices have come down, the quality of our product certainly hasn’t. People are continuing to buy with confidence from Miller Homes because we are offering unbeatable deals on fantastic homes."

Chief Executive Tim Hough is equally delighted with the results: “Not only are they are a true reflection of the continuous investment we make in improving key areas of our business, but they are also testament to the hard work put in by our staff."

The survey also reveals that almost 97 percent of customers were satisfied or had no complaints with the level of service they received from Miller Homes when purchasing their new property - another record for the company.

Tim Hough continues: "Listening to our customers is vital and is something we have been doing for a long time at Miller Homes, and with great results Our ongoing investment in this key field will continue to deliver even further improvements - evidence of which we have already seen in 2009, with the introduction of our new website and a range of schemes to suit every homebuyer, from first time buyers to downsizers."
